Child safety standards
Luvenue's standards against child sexual abuse and exploitation, how to report, and what we do.
Last updated: October 6, 2026
Luvenue is a dating app for adults 18 and older, made by Mocha Innovations LLC. We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE).
What we prohibit. Any content or behavior that sexually exploits, abuses or endangers a child, including child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, sextortion, trafficking of a child, and any sexualization of a minor. No one under 18 may use Luvenue.
How to report. In the app, tap Report on a profile, in a conversation or during a call, or in Settings › People you've met. You can also email safety@luvenue.com. If a child is in immediate danger, call 911.
What we do. We use automated tools and human review to find apparent child sexual abuse material and child exploitation. When we obtain actual knowledge of apparent child sexual abuse material, we remove it, remove the account that shared it, preserve it as federal law requires, and report it, together with any other reportable child exploitation, to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC). If we learn that an account belongs to someone under 18, we remove it.
