Delete your Luvenue account

How to delete your Luvenue account, with or without the app, and what we keep afterwards.

Last updated: October 9, 2026

Luvenue ("Luvenue: Dating Events" on Google Play) is an app by Mocha Innovations LLC.

Before you delete, you can download a copy of your data in the app: Settings › Privacy › Download your data.

In the app. Go to Settings › Delete Account. Deletion happens straight away and can't be undone. You can delete your account even while it's suspended.

Without the app (you don't need to reinstall it). There are two ways.

With a code. Enter the US phone number on your account in the form below. If it belongs to an account that can be deleted, we text a one-time code to it through our texting provider, Twilio, which may also use the number for purposes of its own (Privacy Policy, Section 5.2). Enter the code and confirm, and the account is deleted at once, exactly as if you had deleted it in the app. The form answers the same way whether or not the number has an account. If codes aren't available, use the request route.

By request. Use our support form and choose Delete my account, or email privacy@luvenue.com. Include the phone number on your account. We confirm the request is yours with a one-time code we text to that number from our company phone, or by matching at least two details we hold for the account, at least one of which other members never see (such as your last name or your full date of birth). We never ask for ID or a selfie. If the account has been used in the last 30 days, we won't delete it on matched details alone; we'll ask you to confirm with a code or use the app instead. This works for suspended and removed accounts too. We delete the account as soon as we've confirmed it's you, and let you know when it's done; we answer every request within 45 days (Privacy Policy, Section 9.4). The deletion is the same as deleting in the app.

What we delete. Your conversations at our chat provider, including the other person's copy; your photos; your name, date of birth, gender, orientation, bio, hometown, work, education, interests, location, phone line type and push token; your likes, event registrations, Explore history, event and call history, video dates and Date Rooms, number-sharing choices, invitation records, age-check record and data-export requests; and your phone number at our sign-in provider. We also have our purchase provider, RevenueCat, delete its record of your purchases. Any Passes or date credits left in your balance are forfeited.

What we keep, and why.

  • Purchase records and the Pass and date-credit ledgers, for 7 years, as financial records, linked only to an internal account number, not to your name, phone number or profile.
  • Receipts of the terms and notices you agreed to, with the exact text, as evidence of consent.
  • Moderation records, strikes, reports and the fingerprints we use to stop removed accounts coming back, for as long as we need them to enforce removals and defend claims.
  • Flagged safety evidence (call frames, photo copies, a reported message) for 365 days.
  • Records of intimate-image removal requests for 5 years after the request is closed, as evidence that we handled it; after that we keep only the reference, dates, outcome and image fingerprint.
  • Child-safety evidence for at least one year after a report, as federal law requires, and for as long as any investigation needs.
  • Support requests and appeals for 24 months from filing; the email address and phone number typed into them for 12 months, and we remove your number from them when you delete your account.
  • A log of each deletion request made on our website or handled by our team (no phone number or IP address), for 24 months, as the record that we received and acted on it.
  • Backups: our database backups and deleted-file recovery copies roll over within 8 days, so deleted information can stay in them for up to 8 days.

Everything we keep, and for how long, is in Section 7 of our Privacy Policy. Questions: privacy@luvenue.com.

We use the number you enter to text you a code and find your account. Twilio, which sends the code, may also use the number for purposes of its own. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle it.
