Which cookies luvenue.com sets, what each one does, and how to change what you allow.

This policy is about our website, luvenue.com. The Luvenue app doesn’t use cookies, and the pages of our website that open inside the app set none.

Analytics runs only if you say yes
Google Analytics loads only after you choose Accept all, or turn analytics on in Manage preferences. If you choose Reject all, or make no choice, it doesn’t load at all. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as Reject all: analytics stays off, and the banner tells you so instead of asking. We use analytics only to count visits and see which pages help people. Google Signals and ad personalization are off, and we don’t use it for advertising.
Other services our pages use
Like any web request, these receive your IP address and browser details:
- Google reCAPTCHA Enterprise, through Firebase App Check, on our Support and Appeals forms and the code form on our account-deletion page: it looks at how the page is used to tell people from bots, and sets the
_GRECAPTCHAcookie above. Each form says “This site is protected by reCAPTCHA.”, and Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms apply. - Our own servers count visits to our Safety Policy and safety notice pages as daily totals, with no cookie and nothing that identifies you.
Changing your choice
- Privacy Settings, in the footer of every page, reopens your choices at any time.
- You can also block or delete cookies in your browser. The site still works; the banner will ask again.
