When do I get my Passes back?

If you unregister before an event starts, take a break, or turn off a consent the app needs, or if we cancel the event (including when too few people register), the Passes you used for it come back to your balance automatically. Once an event has started, its Passes don't come back, even if you don't join. If a purchase is cancelled or refunded, the Passes from it that you haven't used are removed from your balance.
