How many Passes does an event use?

An event in your own area uses 1 Pass. Your seat is local when your account is active and your home area is the event's area. Any other seat is a Guest Explorer seat and uses 2 Passes, including every event while you're on the waitlist. Some events, such as rooms a business presents, use none. The event shows how many Passes it uses before you join.
